I learned the trades from my grandfather.
Then I spent years repairing old houses with my own hands. That's where I learned what a property really costs, and what it's really worth.
I've also seen the hardest side of real estate: couples fighting over a home, families unprepared when a parent passes away. I coach from what I do, not from what I've read.

What does a real estate coach do?
A real estate coach helps you plan and decide before you buy, sell, renovate or divide a property: your goals, your real numbers, your risks and your options. Bridge Hennessey coaches first-time buyers, investors and families in Montréal, the Laurentians, Toronto and Miami.
Is a real estate coach the same as a real estate broker?
No. A broker represents you in a transaction and is usually paid a commission. A coach does not sell properties or take commissions; she prepares your decision and works alongside your broker, notary and lawyer.
Do you work in French and in English?
Yes. All coaching is available in French or English, in person in the Montréal area or by Zoom anywhere in Canada and the United States.
