The vision behind Solstice Village
Living with less overhead, not less life.
Many people are approaching retirement without the budget to keep their current lifestyle and enjoy the freedom they imagined. My answer is a different way of living: downsize, simplify expenses and follow the seasons. Quebec in the warmer months, Florida when winter arrives.
That idea became Solstice Village, a nature-focused community in Florida built around affordable living, freedom and connection. Container homes can be arranged on one to four levels, creating a compact village feel while making better use of the land.
The goal is to bring people closer to nature, beaches, the outdoors and one another, without the financial weight of a traditional retirement.
